These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to SMS/text message communications sent by Paul Grogan Photography.

By signing up to receive SMS/text messages from Paul Grogan Photography, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include marketing, promotional and customer-related communications about our photography products and services, including prints, offers, exhibitions, abandoned basket reminders, order-related updates and other photography-related information.

2. SMS programme description

Our SMS programme allows customers and subscribers to receive text messages from Paul Grogan Photography. Messages may include:
offers and promotions; product launches and print releases; exhibition or booking information; abandoned basket reminders; order updates;
reminders or service-related messages; other photography-related communications.

Marketing messages will only be sent where we have the right to do so under applicable law.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your mobile number through one of our website forms, checkout forms, booking forms, Mailchimp signup forms, or other sign-up methods we make available.

Message frequency may vary, but we do not expect to send more than 3 marketing text messages per month.

5. Charges

Paul Grogan Photography does not charge you to receive SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile network provider’s tariff. Please contact your mobile network provider if you have questions about your text or data charges.

6. Opting out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to one of our messages, where that option is available.

After you opt out, we may send you a final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You should then no longer receive marketing SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

8. Delivery

10. Use of Mailchimp

We may use Mailchimp to help manage and send SMS/text message communications. Mailchimp may process your mobile number, consent status, message preferences, delivery information, opt-out status and engagement data on our behalf. Mailchimp’s role is to help us operate our SMS programme and manage subscriber preferences, delivery and compliance records.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to sign up for SMS marketing from Paul Grogan Photography. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify you by updating this page, sending a message, or using another appropriate method. The latest version will always be available on this page.
