Manchester Worker Bee Framed Print
£25.00 – £85.00
The humble Manchester worker bee was adopted as the city’s official emblem in 1842, during the Industrial Revolution. This was a time when Manchester was taking a leading role in new forms of mass production, becoming the world’s first industrial city and the central point of the world’s first global economy.
More recently, it has become a symbol of unity.
