New York Cityscapes
I’m always seeking new and inspiring places to explore with my camera. In 2013, I had the unforgettable opportunity to visit New York City and capture its dynamic cityscapes. The result is a collection of fine art photographs that showcase the energy, spirit, and architecture of this iconic city.
This series began during a photo trip in September 2013, when I traveled to Long Island to exhibit my UK landscape work. That journey naturally led me into the heart of Manhattan. From soaring skyscrapers to landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty, New York offered endless visual inspiration.
The city’s vibrant energy flows through every street, and I set out to reflect that in my images. With a mix of colour and black-and-white photography, the collection captures the essence of New York—its architecture, atmosphere, and unmistakable character.
From the timeless elegance of the Chrysler Building to the charm of a classic New York diner, each image reveals a unique facet of the city. Together, they tell the story of a place like no other—where every corner holds a moment worth capturing.
