With the trip to the lakes abandoned again yesterday, I instead met up with Andy Lea Landscapes and we went to the Forest of Bowland in Lancashire to shoot the Brock Bottoms cascades. I posted an iPhone snap to my Facebook page yesterday, so as promised here is the 'proper' photograph. I took a few, but this one is a long exposure of about 50 seconds to give the water a milky contrast to the busy ancient woodland around it. It's a really special place and a great place for walking.
