It was an especially nice treat to be asked to shoot the interior of Bartle House. The offices, located in the heart of Manchester’s legal and financial district in Manchester city centre. Stonebridge had already bought a considerable amount of work from my website to hang in the communal areas and the meeting rooms, so to be able to pop and and spend the morning producing interior photographs for their marketing and website was great.
I also meant I could take a few cheeky images of the work in situ as well.
With a couple of reluctant volunteers from one of the businesses who operate from the building we set about staging some photographs – done relatively quickly due to it being a working space. This process was also sped up by just using the abundant natural light that the offices benefit from.
The brief was to capture the main reception area, each boardroom and each type of office space available, plus the communal spaces. It was a really simple and easy environment to work with and I was delighted that they were so happy with the final images.
